Amir Sadr

Founder

Amir Sadr has over a decade of legal experience representing public & private companies, investment groups, accredited investors, REITS, landlords & tenants, business owners and individuals. Amir has extensive experience with corporate governance, real estate transactions, complex commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, securities and regulatory compliance, capital and debt financing, risk mitigation and litigation management.

Prior to founding Baycrest Law, PC, Amir’s past experience includes law firms such as Cox Castle & Nicholson, LLP, Straddling Yocca Carlson & Rauth LLP and Stuart Kane LLP, where he focused his practice on transactional real estate matters. Amir also served as a corporate executive and General Counsel for three publicly traded companies.

Amir earned his Bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law (UCLA Law), where he served as President of the Real Estate Law Association, Executive Officer of External Affairs for the UCLA Moot Court Honors Board, and Executive Scholarship Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology.

    • Represented the buyer in the acquisition of a retail center in Southern California.

    • Represented the seller in the disposition of a three phase multi-family development project.

    • Represented the landlord for a long term retail lease for approximately $5MM of revenue.

    • Represented the tenant in the extension and reduction of space for the company’s corporate headquarters.

    • Represented the landlord in the redevelopment and lease of a commercial retail space in Costa Mesa, California.

    • Represented a business owner with the structure and documentation for a referral based service business.
